Steak & Cake

This cake is scrumptious red velvet (a recipe from the south I have had since 1984); remember Steel Magnolias and the red velvet armadillo cake? And what "steak" is complete without a baked potato and corn on the cob?! And as always, everything is sweet and edible except the plate.
